Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define the conditions governing use of the services provided by ShopyLink (“the Service”), together with the parties’ rights and obligations.

The Service is available to restaurant professionals with internet access who wish to use ShopyLink solutions.

Users declare that they have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Using the Service requires a user account. Users must provide accurate, current information when registering.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.

ShopyLink provides a SaaS solution including:

• A custom mobile app for restaurant customers
• A dedicated driver app
• A restaurant management back office
• Marketing and loyalty tools
• Technical support and onboarding

Users agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Not compromise the integrity or security of the Service
• Respect ShopyLink’s intellectual property rights
• Provide accurate and current information
• Notify ShopyLink of malfunctions or fraudulent use

All Service elements—including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and databases—are the exclusive property of ShopyLink SARL and are protected by Luxembourg and international intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Personal-data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

ShopyLink SARL will use all necessary means to maintain the availability and quality of the Service, but is not liable for interruptions or malfunctions beyond its control.

ShopyLink SARL’s liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss and excludes indirect or unforeseeable loss.

ShopyLink SARL may change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by email or notification. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg have exclusive jurisdiction.
